Conscious Breathing explains Breathwork comprehensively. It includes Rebirthing Breathwork, Holotropic Breathwork, Buddhist breathing exercises and much more. It explains the transpersonal experiences that are so frequent and normal in Breathwork in terms of a shamanic paradigm.
